Fold 1,000 cranes for good luck

Features Add comments

Gloucester City Museum and Art Gallery is inviting all visitors to create a simple origami crane with the challenge of creating 1000 cranes to bring good luck for Gloucestershire’s future.

In Japan, the crane is a symbol of long life, prosperity and good health. Join in and fold a crane for each year of Gloucestershire to wish another 1000 years of long life, prosperity and good health for the county. Simple origami folded cranes will be made and displayed in the museum and art gallery.
(Free entry).
