Access statement

For Little Gidding B&B, Ebrington,

Gloucestershire GL55 6NL

Introduction

Our Access Statement is a written, clear and accurate description of our current facilities and services and helps to manage our guest’s expectations when they consider staying with us.

We aim to provide all our guests with a comfortable and memorable stay in our two bedroom bed and breakfast home.

Our website (Cotswold Bed and Breakfast B&B, www.ebrington.com) has details of all our facilities, our current room rates, special offers and local attractions.

A summary of our current facilities is that Little Gidding is a large detached  stone built house in a small traditional Cotswold village, set well back from a secondary road. It has a large garden both front and rear and backs onto open countryside with extensive countryside views. It has individual houses on both sides but none of the bedrooms are overlooked and all have rear countryside views.

All two guest bedrooms are double rooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and are all accessed by a flight of stairs with a 360 degree turn.

We were awarded a Visit England Quality in Tourism Rating of Four Star Gold Award for exceptional quality of accommodation and customer service which is current for the Membership Year 2011/2012 and was awarded in August 2011.

We were also awarded the Visit England Breakfast Award in August 2011.

We came out of the Tourism Rating Scheme in 2013 as we no longer provide accommodation on a commercial basis.

Little Gidding is a no-smoking house in accordance with current legislation and smoke alarms are installed in every bedroom.

If you have any specific questions about any part of the content of this Access Statement you can contact us using the “Enquiry Form” on our website or by phone or email. All our contact numbers are included at the end of the Statement.
