Cotswolds based bakery Four Anjels are finalists in the Bakery Category of the Heart of England Fine Foods (HEFF) Diamond Awards. Four Anjels have two products in the running for an award - Four Anjels Stem Ginger Cake and Four Anjels Stem Ginger Biscuits and the winners will be revealed on Saturday May 17th at HEFF’s 10th Anniversary “Dinner of the Decade” at the Coventry Ricoh Arena. Businesses will be boosted thanks to a £6,500 grant awarded to Cotswold District Council to help improve health and safety in workplaces.

Cooked and uncooked food waste was collected for composting for the first time by Cotswold District Council’s contractor SITA today (Tuesday, 11th March).
