On Friday 12th December 2008, Geoffrey Clifton-Brown MP attended a successful meeting with Bob Skillern from the Gloucester Highways, Chris Leese, Vice President of Cemex as well as Vanessa Rigg and Sally O’Dell two local residents. The North Cotswold Freecycle Group was set up in September 2006 and is a branch of an incredibly fast-growing International Freecycle movement, which began in Tucson, Arizona, USA on 1st May 2003.
