The North Cotswold Freecycle Group was set up in September 2006 and is a branch of an incredibly fast-growing International Freecycle movement, which began in Tucson, Arizona, USA on 1st May 2003. A competition that encourages the traditional skill of hedgelaying takes place in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in November. Hedgelayers from across the UK will take part the North Cotswolds Hedgelaying competition, which takes place on Saturday 15th November at Foss Cross on the A429 between Northleach and Cirencester. Hit the peak of fitness thanks to a brand new kick-boxing class that will be launched at Cotswold Leisure Cirencester later this month.
