When John Vosper attended sales in the last half of the 20th Century he did so in a market which had a glut of other buyers, sales were a social occasion. Following the recent closure of 12 Post Office branches across the Cotswolds, local MP Geoffrey Clifton-Brown visited the Post Office in Wotton-under-Edge to demonstrate his support for the continued operation of the branch and to be handed copies of a postcard campaign in support of the Post Office Card Account (POCA2).

Cotswold MP Geoffrey Clifton-Brown has made his final representation to Post Office Ltd consultation on the proposed outreach hours for Rendcomb Post Office. The Rendcomb branch was one of twelve Post Offices across the Cotswolds which the Post Office has confirmed will close but is one of the eight of those which will receive outreach. Post Office Ltd have announced the beginning of a further consultation on the nature of the outreach service to be offered at the Rendcomb Post Office near Cirencester.
The Rendcomb branch was one of the twelve Post Offices across the Cotswolds which the Post Office has confirmed will close but is one of the eight of those which will receive outreach.
